This small town coffee shop doesn’t only offer organic, locally roasted coffee. They also have an amazing view of the mountains and an environment that feels so welcoming. The extremely nice family who owns and operates the business are so nice. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

We met Jordan, The owner of this place very nice guy. I feel like customer service is half the reason I become a repeat customer, and it was nice to hear his story about how and why he started this place. And see the pictures of what it looked like before and the burritos are made fresh every morning. By him and his wife and they are very good and they have sandwiches. And pastries and acai bowls and just enough variety to fill up when you're driving on the highway, very easy to get to right off the highway, highly recommend this place. And I have pretty high standards when it comes to my coffee shops. The macadamian nut latte with the cold foam was great as well.

Shilo is a great addition to the small community of Black Canyon City. I walked to the coffee shop yesterday where I was warmly greeted. I ordered an Iced Dirty Chai with oat milk which was very tasty and an Açai bowl as well. Service was fast and very friendly. The shop is nice and quaint. They have locally made baked goods and breakfast burritos as well. This place is worth the stop grab some breakfast and coffee.

We stopped on our way back to Michigan, truly worthy of a 5.0 rating. Service was great, we had the scones, ham/cheese croissants. Wish we could have tried everything there. Staff were super friendly to each other and to customers.

I had a great time just stopping for coffee. It felt good to find a healthy and tasty place to get my caffeine!(the location is amazing halfway between Sedona and Phoenix so when your morning cup runs out refill it along the way)

A delicious stop on the drive between Phoenix and Sedona. The maple pecan scones were delicious and served warm. The horchata marcada is a must. Fantastic! We wished we could have stopped again.

This coffee shop is excellent! Owned and operated by a local couple. They did their own build out, work the biz, care greatly about their Regulars, and treat folks passing through with the same level of care. Their authentic hand-made breakfast burritos are made fresh every morning and you can taste the passion and authenticity. I work in the restaurant and service industry. Always go local over chain, but local in touristy regions has drawbacks. Sometimes those places can look down at us commoners. Not Shiloh, they treat you like an important customer...like a neighbor or family member. Go there!
